Monthly Luncheons -- Out monthly meetings are typically held on the first Wednesday of each month. They are held at the Wichita Falls Country Club. Starting time is 11:30 AM and last until 1:00 PM. CE is usually provided free of charge to members at these meetings. Occasionally, the schedule changes to allow for additional CE or optional programs. Check the monthly calendar for specific details on each meeting.
COBRA/HIPAA Seminar -- This annual event is typically held in the spring of each year (usually the April meeting). Updates on the changes that have occurred in these laws are presented to attendees. This may be held in conjunction with a regularly scheduled monthly meeting, or may be held at a different time. Notice of special meetings will be given on the home page of this site.
Symposium/Education Day -- On alternating years, Texoma AHU presents out Symposium. The Symposium features between 5 and 7 hours of CE credit for attendees. In addition, vendors attend and display their products at booths. Every other year, Education Day is held in place of the Symposium. Education Day is a scaled down version of our Symposium. Typically 4 to 6 hours of CE is provided for attendees. Both of these event are held during the month of October.
Christmas Program -- Our regular December meeting is replaced with our Special Christmas program. During this meeting, members are treated to inspirational music provided by local choirs and/or musicians. A guess speaker provides a short meeting for attendees, and lunch is provided.
Please check the specific monthly calendars for exact times and date and information on other Texoma AHU events!
